Sara Ebesugawa, MS

Hello! I am a counselor-in-training in my final year of study in a Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Addictions Counseling. After completion of my program and postgraduate work experience, I intend to seek state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and state certification as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with the goal of assisting clients who experience concerns with their mental health and/or substance use. Being born and raised in Hawaii, I am passionate about my role in giving back to our community by contributing to individual wellness as well as enacting positive social change.

Seeking help and choosing a path of change can be difficult. I am here to provide you with support and guidance on your journey towards healing and growth. As your counselor, I strive to acknowledge and respect every aspect of who you are and consider it a privilege to hold a safe space for you to express your authentic self. From a collaborative approach that encourages both insight and action, I am committed to working with you toward your goals.
