We accept patient demographics as a form of referral. They can be emailed, faxed, or given over the phone.

Our schedules are limited. Referral acceptance depends on patients type of medical insurance and preference of male/female providers.

Renee Wetzel is not accepting any patients at this time.

As a reminder, we CANNOT accept the following types of referrals:

  • Children under the age of 10 years old

  • Patients with Medicare, Kaiser, Aetna, or TriCare medical insrance

  • Patients who have cases concerning Workmans Compensation, CWS, CPS, or Custody

  • OVUII (DUI) assessments

  • Anger Management assessments or treatment
