Aloha! I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor.

I have experience helping individuals with a variety of social, emotional and mental issues, including anxiety, mood instability, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress management, substance abuse and trauma. As a pre- licensed therapist, I provided individual, family, and group counseling at a residential crisis center for adolescents.

As your therapist, using a strength-based and nonjudgmental approach, I can help you achieve a more connected and fulfilling relationship with yourself, others and the world we live in. I can offer you support and guidance, suggest new skills, and coach you through the exploration of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
